Easy to use everywhere

Easy to use everywhere

The TBR 800 is designed with ease of use and efficiency in mind, and it can be deployed in lakes, rivers, fjords, or the ocean down to several hundred meters in depth.

Extensive receiever logging

Extensive receiever logging

Receiver continuously logs temperature data, noise conditions, inclination, power consumption, and battery status

Choose your configuration

The TBR 800 is the most advanced digital acoustic receiver on the market, providing reliable data collection in all conditions. It operates in the frequency range 63 - 77 kHz with multi-frequency reception, allowing up to 3 frequencies simultaneously. It features internal data logging of environmental and battery status, ensuring efficient and accurate tracking. The standard model is modular and comes in 3 options

Standard

Standard

The standard TBR 800 is built for simplicity and versatility. It can be deployed in very shallow water, attached to a rope with a buoy, fixed to an underwater structure, or used in many other configurations. With up to 24 months of battery life, the battery can be replaced without detaching the unit from its mooring line.

Release

Release

The TBR 800 Release replaces the modular bottom with a motor-driven acoustic release bottom. The release module has a lug that weights can be attached to. The lug is pushed out when release is triggered, and buoyancy elements can then lift it to the surface. Combine with the Mooring Recovery system to recover all deployed receiver components

Release deep

Release deep

The TBR 800 Release Deep features a motor-driven acoustic release function that is three times stronger than the standard Release model, providing extra force to operate reliably under high water pressure. We recommend this option if deploying to depths greater than 200 meters.

Robust Digital Acoustic Receiver for Demanding Marine Environments

The TBR 800 is an energy-efficient acoustic receiver operating at 63-77 kHz, designed for harsh environments like lakes and deep seas. It features a rugged Delrin© housing, enhanced signal processing for better range and fewer code collisions, and wireless data transfer via Bluetooth. Battery life lasts up to 24 months, with easy battery replacement without removing the unit.
